Deadliest Catch star Todd Meadows met a tragic accident on February 25, 2026, while working on the Aleutian Lady, one of the vessels in the long-running Discovery Channel show.

The official cause of death has been released for a "Deadliest Catch" deckhand who died after falling overboard while working in the Bering Sea, according to a report.

Green explained that Meadows was only in the ocean for about four minutes until a rescue swimmer retrieved his “lifeless” body.
